In the webinar, we will focus on the personnel agenda and how the obligations set by the GDPR in the processing of employees' personal data affect it.
We will use practical examples to explain when it is necessary to have the consent of the employee and when, on the contrary, the processing is based on the fulfillment of legal or contractual obligations or the legitimate interest of the employer. We will also deal with current topics of COVID testing.
Attention will also be paid to cases concerning the entire life cycle of data in human resources, the use of photographs of employees, the possibility of monitoring employees, the transfer of personal data within the employer's group, or outsourcing part of personnel activities, etc.

Při webináři se zaměříme na personální agendu a jak na ni dopadají povinnosti stanovené GDPR při zpracování osobních údajů zaměstnanců.
Na praktických příkladech si vysvětlíme, kdy je nutné mít souhlas zaměstnance a kdy je naopak zpracování postaveno na plnění zákonných či smluvních povinností nebo oprávněném zájmu zaměstnavatele. Budeme se zabývat i aktuální tematikou COVID testování.
Pozornost bude věnována i případům týkajících se celého životního cyklu údajů v personalistice, použití fotografií zaměstnanců, možnosti monitoringu zaměstnanců, předávání osobních údajů v rámci skupiny zaměstnavatele, či případně outsourcingu části personálních činností apod.
