P3 is growing strong with new team members

The Czech team of industrial developer P3 is growing. At the beginning of December, Aleš Zacha became the head of Development division. A few weeks earlier, Jan Andrus was appointed to be the head of the Leasing division. Another addition to the leasing team, this time from the outside of the company, became Marek Orolín in the position of Leasing Manager. The fact they all have in common is that they started their careers outside of the industrial development area.

Aleš Zacha

Beginning December 1st, Aleš Zacha heads all P3 development activities on the Czech market.

He began his career as a tax advisor in Deloitte but felt that another interesting challenge is waiting for him somewhere. This happened 8 years ago, when he jumped aboard the industrial development train and last two years, he spent in P3. „Industrial real estate tenants are changing their behaviour very quickly, especially during COVID times, and we are always trying to follow and fulfil client’s needs, which is generally not a big difference from the financial segment. The key is to always be active in keeping up to speed with current events in your segment - tracking all new trends, reports, studies, events, and conferences worldwide. With a mindset like this, you can be successful in any area you choose, “said Aleš Zacha.

Jan Andruš

P3´s leasing department in the Czech Republic has a new leader as well. The key division is now managed by Jan Andrus. His professional career has been associated with P3 for the past 7 years, though Jan had been active in the real estate market for the past three decades, gathering experience first with residential and retail projects, before eventually settling for the world of industrial development. He moved from shiny retail shopping arcades to concrete expanses of truckyards. His retail background came in very handy during the expansion of the flagship park P3 Horní Počernice. Recently, he gained recognition of his colleagues with the unconventional placing of a climbing wall with trampolines in one of the P3´s Prague warehouses. “There are people out there who are good at inventing things. And then there are people who can make things. In both cases, people create values. I see myself somewhere in the middle,” explains Jan Andrus.

Marek Orolín

The newest team member is Marek Orolín. Previously, he worked at 108 Agency and Cushman & Wakefield. However, he started his career as a financial advisor at Partners, later AXA. In the position of Leasing Manager, Marek Orolín will maintain and expand the P3 client portfolio, negotiate terms of leasing contracts and also cooperate with real estate agents. "In the last three years, I have had the opportunity to follow the work of the P3 team and I appreciate customer relations, the constantly evolving real estate portfolio and the professionalism of my future colleagues, which I had the opportunity to get to know thanks to my tenure with previous employers," said Marek Orolín.

P3 is a long-term investor, manager, and developer of European warehouse properties with more than 6.4 million m² of assets under management and land bank of 1.6 million m² for further development. P3 has commercial activities in 11 countries and has been investing and developing in European markets for more almost two decades. Headquartered in Prague, P3 employs more than 200 people across 11 offices in key European cities, offering integrated development, asset and property management services.

In the Czech Republic alone, P3 owns and manages a total of 87 industrial properties in 16 parks with a total leasable area of almost 1.4 million m2. In the Netherlands, P3 has a total of 6 industrial parks around Rotterdam, Beilen and Echt with a total leasable area of over 331,000 m2. All parks have a strategic location with excellent connections to important roads.
