Share this story

In Taiwan Déhora International has been chosen for a worktime project with a value of more than 600k dollar.

Déhora’s international Research Team will investigate and map fatigue risks of the air traffic controllers of the airports in Taipei and in Kaohsiung. The Research Team consists of members of the various countries where Déhora is active, among which the Czech Republic. All members have PhD level educational background. In total, the research will cover several hundred air traffic controllers.

The project consists of:
  1. An extensive questionnaire;
  2. Logbooks that have to be filled in during the service;
  3. Sleep diaries in combination with actigraphy*
  4. Analysis of planned and actual schedules;
  5. Report and proposal action plan.

* Actigraphy is a non-invasive method of monitoring human rest/activity cycles. A small actigraphy unit, also called an actimetry sensor, is worn for a week or more to measure gross motor activity. The unit is usually, in a wrist-watch-like package, worn on the wrist.

Déhora is dedicated to workforce planning and management. Watch a video about biorhythms with an expert from Déhora:
