Prague, January 7th – CTP is extending its business development team with Mr Bert Hesselink joining the team. Bert will take charge of CTP's CEE business development with a focus on the Czech market.
Hesselink is Dutch with 18 years of experience in commercial real estate in Prague and is active in the local community as Chairman of the Real Estate Council at the American Chamber of Commerce.
“We are proud to have Bert join us in order to extend our business with both new and existing clients across the region,” says CEO, Remon L. Vos.
As the new Group Business Development Director, Mr Hesselink will work closely with Vos and support Key Accounts throughout the portfolio.
CTP's portfolio currently consists of a several hundred properties with a total lettable area of 5 million m2 located throughout Central Europe. In line with its goals, CTP is expanding its business activities with a growth plan of approximately 15% per year.
