Lenka Hejduková becomes Commercial Director and a member of the Board Management of Havel, Holásek & Partners

After almost 18 years working at global advisory firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, in the Czech Republic, Germany, and the United Kingdom, Lenka Hejduková (41) has joined Havel, Holásek & Partners, the largest Czech-Slovak law firm. In the newly-created position of commercial director, she will be responsible for the strategic management of business strategy and long-term partnership with clients. Lenka’s involvement will also include new business opportunities, and overall professional support to the firm’s growth.
Lenka Hejduková worked for 18 years at major advisory firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (now PwC), where she held various managerial positions since 1999. Over the last five years, she has been director of audit and advisory services. She has also been responsible for provision of services to more than 60 Czech and international clients and supporting development and internal sharing of business opportunities. At Havel, Holásek & Partners, Lenka will be the firm’s first commercial director.
“Both last year and this year we succeeded in gaining large portfolio of new clients. Our firm’s turnover increased by 17% year-on-year, and we would like to continue this growing trend. A logical step was therefore to create a new position of commercial director, which is equivalent to a law firm partner position,” said Jaroslav Havel, a founding partner of Havel, Holásek & Partners. He added: “We are pleased that Lenka Hejduková has joined our law firm. She will strengthen the firm, and thanks to her previous work in managerial positions at global advisory group PwC, she offers unique experience in business development in professional services.”At Havel, Holásek & Partners, she will also serve as a business coach and develop skills in building relationships with clients.
Lenka Hejduková graduated from the University of Economics in Prague. She is a member of the international Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and of the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic. She also is a mentor in programmes focused on development of women in business and women’s networking. She speaks fluent English and German. She dedicates her free time to her two children and family, personal development in business and managerial skills, and supporting socially responsible activities.
