Prior to joining Havel, Holásek & Partner, Dilshod worked for the PPF/Home Credit financial group, where she provided comprehensive legal advice.
At Havel, Holásek & Partners, Dilshod focuses on providing advice to Russian speaking clients as well as Czech entities entering or already active on the Russian market. In addition, she specialises in commercial and corporate law, acquisitions and divestitures, legal audits and due diligence, and real estate law. In the area of acquisitions and divestitures, she mainly focuses on banking and financial services, energy, and the hotel industry. Dilshod is also active in the area of information technology, specialising in software and IT service agreements, implementation agreements, and intellectual property for agreements relating to the production of audio-visual projects.
Dilšod graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2001. She speaks Czech, Russian, and English and is a member of the Czech Bar Association.
