Weinhold Legal provided comprehensive legal advice to GATE4AD on the launch of its web portal, which was officially launched into operation on September 1, 2021.
This web portal is the first Czech online platform for the purchase of media space with the ambition to be the first European portal of its kind since the end of this year. The advice that the Weinhold Legal team offered included all issues of media and internet law related to the operation of such a portal.
The Weinhold Legal team consisted of Milan Polák (Corporate Law), Martin Lukáš (Media Law) and Jakub Nedoma (Intellectual Property Law).
