Tricentis, a global leader in continuous testing software development, is expanding its European operations in Brno. From the original three offices (50 sqm) in the modern Clubco coworking space, where it was preparing the Brno team, it moved in the spring to the entire office floor (700 sqm) in the Vlněna business park of developer CTP. The Brno R&Đ branch of the company plans to continue to grow, which is why it continues to recruit new people. Together with the Prague office, they are strategically important for the development of European activities and the future growth of the company.
Tricentis came to the Czech Republic in 2021 and settled in Brno in three offices of the Clubco coworking space in the Vlněna complex, where it started recruiting for the Brno team. After less than a year, the entire team moved to new offices, which were customized by the developer CTP.
"Our management in the US has good experience with talent in the Czech Republic, so they decided to open R&D offices in Prague and Brno. We see Brno as an IT hub due to its well-educated and experienced workforce, and its location between Prague, Vienna, Bratislava, and Budapest is ideal for an international company with a large presence in the Central European market. We consider it important that our employees have the opportunity to meet regularly and build relationships, which is why we chose Clubco in Brno at the beginning as an excellent alternative to our own offices," explained Tomáš Kučera, Head of Business Operations, Tricentis.
"I am pleased that we have stood out among the Brno competitors and that Tricentis has chosen to locate here. We have managed to create a premium space for personal and professional life that attracts international and IT companies. Without exaggeration, we can today speak of Vlněna as a world-class IT hub that brings opportunities for cooperation and sharing know-how to companies. We offer our clients modern offices with a high degree of flexibility, so that they have room to develop and grow. For example, they can start in Clubco and move to their own offices, similar to Tricentis," said Jakub Kodr, Head of Business Development, CTP Czech Republic.
The new 700 sqm offices are on the entire floor of one of the buildings in the Vlněna business park, and in addition to an excellent location in the city centre with good transport links, they also offer state-of-the-art facilities for a hybrid style of working. There are smaller rooms and corners for team projects, the space is sufficiently structured and adapted for concentrated work, and there is no shortage of high-quality workplace equipment such as height-adjustable desks or modern technological equipment. Currently, the Brno team employs over 30 people, but Tricentis continues to look for new talent.
"When choosing offices, we were deciding between approximately five alternatives in Brno. Vlněna won due to its great location, excellent transport accessibility, modern buildings with room for our growth, the overall size of the park, and the wide range of dining options nearby. The reasonable price offer played a role, of course, and the presence of a coworking space was a nice bonus," added Tomáš Kučera.
