Since September, profid have been pioneering a transformative pilot project to empower individuals on the autism spectrum to enter the workforce. Focused on basic invoice data entry, this initiative is more than just a programme—it's the Human Alternative Intelligence (HAI) Project, an innovative collaboration with profid’s client, Adventor o.s.
Adventor, a grassroots self-help organization and service provider, has been dedicated to supporting children and adults on the autism spectrum and their families since 2010. Together, profid and Adventor are redefining possibilities.
While others turn to artificial intelligence, profid have chosen to champion what they proudly call "human alternative intelligence." Currently, their HAI team—comprising six talented individuals—is processing invoices for four of their clients. In this initial phase, the goal is ambitious yet inspiring: handling up to 4,000 documents per month.
Adventor is also spearheading a crowdfunding campaign on HitHit to create a new and exceptional film, "The Autism Phenomenon." Known for their award-winning previous productions, Adventor's films have profoundly raised awareness and fostered understanding for individuals on the autism spectrum.
This year's film will spotlight intrinsic motivation, sharing real-life stories of people on the spectrum navigating the complexities of modern society. These inspiring individuals offer invaluable insights to the broader community.
