Shell Czech Republic has been recognized as "Employer of the year 2019“ in the category of companies under 500 employees in the Czech Republic. The award is given by non-profit organisation Employer Club (Klub zamestnavatelu) based on the globally accepted HR methodology Saratoga provided by PriceWateerhouseCoopers. Shell signed for the most prestigious HR award in the country for the first time and managed immediately to win its category. In the other two categories largest car manufactures lead the ranking – Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech among companies until 5k employees and ŠKODA AUTO Czech among companies over 5k employees. Shell take this outstanding acknowledgement for its company culture, core values as well as recognition for the leadership team in the Czech Republic.
