After successfully transferring to an online teaching mode in 2020 as a reaction to the coronavirus pandemic, educational institution Recruitment Academy is further exploring the possibilities of online education for Czech and foreign markets. For 2021, the institution has introduced an online program called Digital HR Leaders Virtual consisting of 30 online courses delivered by 15 speakers from different companies.
The goal of the program is to provide professionals from HR, recruitment, HR marketing, employer branding and other areas with a constant supply of the latest and most relevant knowledge that they can consume from the comfort and safety of their own homes. The courses are streamed live giving participants the ability to communicate with the speaker via a live chat and get answers to their current work obstacles. All courses are afterwards available as a recording that can be watched over and over again.
José Kadlec, founder of Recruitment Academy and the brain behind Digital HR Leaders, has invited a number of his colleagues and professional connections to join in on the program and create a multi-layered education including the areas of HR, recruitment, automation, HR marketing, personal development, psychology and branding. By expanding the portfolio of courses with more than just classic HR topics, it allows participants to develop skills beyond their field of practice which will help them to discover new perspectives in their daily jobs. The speakers include renowned professionals such as Jan Prochazka (Deloitte Legal), Petra Nulickova (Alza.cz), Blake Wittman (GoodCall) and more.
The Czech version of Digital HR Leaders had its premiere in January and is already enjoyed by close to 100 professionals and growing. The English version of the program that offers 20 online courses with the same diversity of areas and speakers, begins in March. It will be possible to sign up for the program throughout the entire year with the option of watching past courses as a recording. The courses can also be attended separately, however, purchasing the Full Pass with all courses will give the participants a chance to get the most relevant informationand become more competitive in their field.
