As a response to the ongoing pandemic, educational institution Recruitment Academy has transferred their courses into the online world at the beginning of the year. The result was a new educational program called Digital HR Leaders containing 25 online courses in the English version and 33 in the Czech version. The program brings together 12 different professionals who deliver training in HR, recruitment, employer branding, automation and more.
Thanks to the flexibility of online education, participants can watch the courses from the comfort of their homes, offices, cafés or other places based on their own time conditions. All the trainings are afterwards available as a recording and can be viewed an unlimited number of times. However, watching the course live gives the participants an advantage of communicating directly with the speaker via a live chat.
The goal of the program is to help professionals in HR, recruitment and other related fields to have easy access to current trends, innovations and knowledge and give them the ability to educate themselves no matter the current Covid situation. The training topics range from IT recruitment, effective interviewing techniques, employer branding and LinkedIn automation to mental resistance, psychology of coaching and personal branding. The speakers include experienced professionals such as José Kadlec (CEO of Recruitment Academy), Jan Prochazka (Deloitte), Matej Matolin (Shoptet) or Romana Martincova (Red Bull).
The live courses will be streamed until October this year but it is possible to join the program at any time and watch past courses from a recording. The diversity of topics gives participants an opportunity to get a multi-layered education and discover new perspectives in their daily jobs, making it possible to hire employees more effectively, digitalize and automate HR processes and start working on employer and personal branding.
