P3, the developer and manager of industrial properties, is in the process of preparing the construction of a modern industrial park offering built-to-suit facilities to prospective tenants. The P3 Pilsen Myslinka park will be located in Myslinka, a municipality approximately 15 km from the Pilsen city centre. Apart from its advantageous location in one of the most sought-after territories, the main asset of P3 Pilsen Myslinka as an industrial property will be an excellent connection to Highway D5, offering an expedient transport route to Germany as well as the availability of a qualified workforce.
Construction is expected to begin sometime this year. There will be five warehouses in total, offering units sized from 3,000 m2 to 30,000 m2. A bus stop located near the park will provide access to Nýřany and Pilsen via the local suburban public transport system.

Interesting synergies can also be achieved by the fact that the P3 Pilsen Park, very popular among manufacturing firms and companies serving the automotive industry, is located in Nýřany, at a traveling distance of only six minutes from Myslinka. An advantage for logistical operations is not only the site's direct connection to Highway D5, but also a nearby railway terminal for container transport.
P3 Pilsen Myslinka is not the only industrial park where P3 offers warehouse construction on a built-to-suit basis. P3 Lovosice, a park adjoining Highway D8 leading to Dresden, offers as much as 28,000 m2 for built-to-suit construction. At present, P3's flagship venture is building P3 Ostrava Central, a business and industrial district in the greater centre of the Silesian metropolis, where P3 will offer over 150,000 m2 of space for urban logistics, retail, e-commerce, light manufacturing, and R&D. P3 builds all of its new facilities to be eligible for the award of the internationally recognized BREEAM Very Good certificate of sustainability.
