The Netherlands-Czech Chamber of Commerce (NCCC) is pleased to introduce Bastiaan Brouns, who has been appointed in the position of Director on 21 May 2019.
Bastiaan Brouns is a Dutch national who has been living in the Czech Republic for close to 20 years. A highly motivated and energetic leader, Bastiaan Brouns has more than 20 years’ experience in setting up, developing and transforming international businesses in various industries in different countries. Bastiaan speaks Dutch, Czech, English and German and lives close to Prague with his wife Kamila and their three daughters.
“I am honoured to have been appointed in such a pivotal position. I am proud of being Dutch and, having lived in this beautiful country for such a long time, of feeling Czech as well. The Netherlands and the Czech Republic have a lot to offer mutually, with a strong focus on innovation with a positive impact on prosperity and well-being.” Bastiaan Brouns said.
“Bastiaan’s extensive management experience, both in the Czech Republic and abroad, will strongly benefit our members. Bastiaan’s main objective will be to expand the reach and impact of the NCCC to become the go-to organisation for advice and support in these innovative and transformational times,” adds Pavel Iványi, President of the Board of Directors of the Netherlands-Czech Chamber of Commerce.
Bastiaan Brouns will work closely together with Iva Šímová, Olga Cikhartová and Dagmar Horňáková, supported by the Board of Directors.
