Martin Jurečko a new partner of Havel, Holásek & Partners

Martin Jurečko (36) has been appointed a partner of Havel, Holásek & Partners. In his new role, Martin will be involved in the management of the Bratislava office and the further growth and development of the Slovak team. Martin will focus on real estate, mergers and acquisitions and corporate law.

Martin Jurečko has 12 years of experience in this field. Before joining Havel, Holásek & Partners, Martin worked for the international law firm White & Case for 9 years, taking part in a number of major real estate, M&A and corporate law transactions. He advised on residential, hotel and administrative building projects or greenfield projects for new manufacturing facilities in Slovakia. Martin provided clients with legal services in corporate law and addressed restructuring-related issues both in Slovakia and the EU.

At Havel, Holásek & Partners, Mr Jurečko will join a team of 26 lawyers at the Slovak office and support partners Jaroslav Havel and Peter Šuba in its management. Martin Jurečko will be responsible for the development of relationships with current and new clients and project management, particularly in real estate, mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. Martin Jurečko graduated from the Law Faculty of Comenius University in Bratislava. He is a member of the Slovak Bar Association. In addition to his native Slovak, he speaks Czech, English and German.
