LEGO® has once again been ranked first in the Randstad Award 2025 survey, which evaluates the most attractive employers in the Czech Republic. For the third time, the company won the vote of more than 4,000 Czech employees, who appreciated its financial health, excellent reputation and job security. Second place went to rail vehicle manufacturer Škoda Group, with ŠKODA AUTO coming in third. The survey, which evaluates employees' opinions of their employers, is based on research conducted by the Randstad HR and recruitment agency under the title Employer Brand Research.
LEGO has won the prestigious Randstad Award, presented annually by the Randstad employment agency, for the third time in a row. The company was voted the best employer for 2025 by 4,127 employees. LEGO maintained its leading position thanks to its financial stability, excellent reputation and commitment to job security for its employees.
“The results of the Randstad Award 2025 confirm that employees value financial stability, a good reputation and job security above all else in the long term. These attributes were also decisive in LEGO's victory this year. The attractiveness of the salaries and benefits offered by the companies evaluated also plays a strong role,” comments Martin Jánský, CEO of Randstad Czech Republic.
The company's third victory in the Randstad Award survey confirms its long-standing position among the most respected employers on the Czech market. This success reflects not only the company's stable background and high level of employee trust, but also its strong corporate culture focused on openness, innovation and sustainable development. At a time when job seekers are placing increasing emphasis on values and the working environment, this award significantly strengthens the LEGO brand in the area of employer branding and confirms that the company is an inspiring example of a modern approach to human resources management.
“We are delighted to have retained the title for the third time in a row. It is a recognition of our daily efforts and also of our wonderful colleagues who help shape the image of our company every day. Last but not least, it is a great honour on the 25th anniversary of our factory in Kladno. We strive to understand and reflect the different needs of various employee groups and to create an environment where everyone can fulfil their potential. We place an emphasis on creating a safe working environment, caring for physical and mental health, and providing opportunities for development. We also strive to create a community-based corporate culture. We organise a variety of events for employees and their families, and we are delighted that, together with our large group of volunteers, we can also contribute to the local community.”

The award was presented to the winner by Daniel Krištof, General Director of the Czech Labour Office.
Microsoft, which dominated the survey three times in a row between 2020 and 2022, became a member of the Hall of Fame last year and was not included among the companies surveyed.
