What we will involve you in
- varied work with the opportunity to focus more on what you are good at and enjoy
- working for Czech and foreign clients, including the world's largest companies
- intensive cooperation with legal experts from all areas of law
- researching legal documents/laws, case law
- preparation of annexes to contracts
- preparation of simple amendments and corrections to contracts
- preparation of simple submissions
- participation in legal due diligence with a focus on real estate
- regular monitoring of court and administrative proceedings
- communication with the Land Registry, preparation of documents and various drafts of the Land Registry
- communication with the building authority
What you can't do without
- ongoing law school studies in the Czech Republic between 3rd and 5th year
- good English, as a lot of work and documents are in a foreign language
What can be your advantage
