The state-of-the-art Cloud 9 Ice Bar was open on the Old Town Square for public on Sunday May 11 from 9 am to 4 pm. The 10 meter long ice bar, made from 3600 litres of water, decorated with engraved logos of the partners and an ice sculpture of a runner, offered also seating on ice chairs and ice tables.
In the course of the day, 5.000 non-alcoholic "Ginger Rain" cocktails were offered to visitors. This non-alcoholic version of Cloud 9's signature cocktail "Mystic" won the first prize in the Mattoni Grand Night non-alcoholic cocktail competition in 2008. It contains homemade ginger syrup by Cloud 9 Master Bartender Roman Uhlíř, ginger marmalade, lime, brown sugar and Mattoni. It was perfect refreshment for the event visitors.
Thanks to the support of Prague International Marathon, Mattoni and Ice Art, Hilton Hotels in Prague and Cloud 9 were delighted to present this unforgettable icy experience to all Marathon fans and those who passed by to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of this unique event.
