Monika Pěnčíková brings extensive experience in human resources, gained from holding leadership positions in a large multinational company.
Monika Pěnčíková joins Huisman Czech Republic after a long career in human resources at Liberty Ostrava and ArcelorMittal Ostrava. She has extensive experience in leadership, labor relations, and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). "I am very excited about working at Huisman Czech Republic. Every company has its own specifics and customs, and I believe that I will be able to apply the experience I have gained over the years. After setting up the organization of work in the new team, we will focus on preparing and implementing conditions for our employees to make the best use of their potential and natural desire to do their job," said Monika Pěnčíková, HR Manager at Huisman Czech Republic.
