Czech subsidiary of the French company SOMFY, leading manufacturer in the field of shading equipment solutions and engines as well as garage door systems, had recently signed a new lease agreement for 855 sqm of office spaces in the Baawer Office House located in Prague 5.
The company, launched in Czech Republic in 1996, was located for the last 7 years at Na Radosti street, Prague 5. In spite of the business growth SOMFY needed to expand to more spacious facility. „SOMFY’s main focus is to develop and produce innovative solutions for intelligent home management automation systems. We are currently expanding our product portfolio and this comes with the need of larger space for our management and development teams. Also, as the fastest growing branch of SOMFY in the region of CEE, our aim was also to find a new representative headquarters fitting the needs of our personnel,“ stated Hana Pobořilová, Marketing Manager of SOMFY Czech.
Baawer Office House is a modern 4-storey building with interiors fully designed by the company ProInterier. It provides 3 663 sqm of office and retail spaces. Project is located in Bavorská street in Prague’s Stodůlky area. This locality is easily accessible by both public and personal transport and offers wide variety of public amenities for tenants.
