CTP is pleased to announce the addition of CTPark Žilina to the award-winning CTPark Network, Central Europe's largest system of integrated, premium business parks.
The new business park is located directly adjacent to the successful Kia Motors auto manufacturing facility on the Slovak/Czech border, with superior access to international motorways and a highly qualified labour force.
CTPark Žilina comprises 10.7 ha of land and will feature 52,500 m2of newly built facilities. Plans for the site include our premium CTFlex manufacturing facilities, CTSpace logistics/warehousing units for just-in-time deliveries and CTFit customised solutions for clients with exacting requirements. Construction will soon begin with approximately 10,000 m2 of space becoming available in 2015.
"The new park location was chosen based on customer demand from the growing auto manufacturing industry in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and aligns with the CTP strategy to offer premium industrial premises where and when our clients need them," stated Jaroslav Kaizr, Director of Business Development at CTP.
In line with the CTP business plan to grow to 3 million m2 rentable area by 2017, CTP also recently acquired two additional locations in western Czech Republic, close to the German border. These new parks, CTPark Kadaň and CTPark Odrava, located respectively near Chomutov and Cheb, will offer clients excellent access to the German market in locations just in side the Czech border with highly skilled, but lower cost labour.
