park more attractive and comfortable to workers, and ultimately investors.

At the beginning of March 2016, CTP completed the first part of a 200-bed on-site accommodation centre for facility workers. An additional 200-bed facility is under construction and will be available in May 2016. Groundworks are also commencing at CTPark Bor for a canteen and doctor’s office, both of which have been requested by tenants at the parks in order to keep workers satisfied and happy.

“CTP spends a lot of time talking with clients about what they want in their parks. In response to a general trend in low unemployment, clients asked primarily for services and facilities on-site that would make it easier to attract and retain workers. The accommodation facility in CTPark Bor is the first manifestation of that discussion with clients. CTP cares deeply about our maintaining our clients’ ability to operate in a competitive landscape, and we trust they appreciate our commitment to aiding their success,” states Remon Vos, CTP CEO.
