Amongst six other Arrow Value Recovery EMEA facilities, the site in Ostrava has received the demanding ISO 27001 certification for their information management security systems.
The certificate was issued after extensive audits during which the processes for secure data sanitization and refurbishment of used ICT equipment were verified. The new certification helps ensure that Arrow Value Recovery meets the highest standards for handling client information carrying assets. ISO 27001 also helps clients to meet their obligation in regards to data privacy regulations. In addition to risk assessment and the mitigation of these risks, Arrow is constantly improving their system’s security. Beside the facility in Ostrava the other facilities which are located in Belgium, Germany, France, the Netherlands, and UK.

The ISO 27001 certification is now requested more and more by customers, both those who fundamentally require it and those who would like it as an added benefit.
