The ninth edition of the competition attracted 75 companies and 130 projects, which competed in a total of 7 main categories. "Recruitment is not just about hiring employees, but above all about stories and creativity. I believe that this year's competition inspired many managers to do things differently," says José Kadlec, founder of Recruitment Academy. "During the evening, many debated the use of artificial intelligence in recruitment. Therefore, I expect that next year more companies will try creating career spots with the help of AI, for example," adds Kadlec.
