Havel, Holásek & Partners enhanced its legal team by taking on a new managing associate, Lukáš Syrový. Lukáš will be particularly responsible for the firm’s real estate, construction and corporate practice areas. His main areas of focus will include legal advice on all aspects of legal audits, construction, leases, disposals and acquisitions of properties.
Lukáš Syrový has over eleven years of experience working at the Prague office of the international law firm, Hogan Lovells, where he worked before joining Havel, Holásek & Partners. He will strengthen the legal team of Havel, Holásek & Partners as a new specialist on real estate and construction law. Lukáš has extensive experience providing full legal service to Czech and foreign investors in connection with acquisitions, construction and the leases of real estate. His experience with commercial law includes commercial contracts and a number of acquisition transactions and he has acted for both purchasers and sellers.
At Havel, Holásek & Partners, with its current team of almost 140 lawyers, Lukáš Syrový will provide full legal service particularly in the area of real estate law. He will be responsible for real estate due diligence, development, acquisitions and disposals, leases and greenfield projects. Lukáš Syrový earned his degree in law at the Faculty of Law of the Western Bohemian University in Pilsen. He is a member of the Czech Bar Association and speaks fluent English and French.
