In cooperation with the ADRA Foundation in Frýdek-Místek, our employees announced a charitable fundraiser, in which a respectable amount of CZK 40,697 was collected. The company Huisman Konstrukce, s.r.o., doubled the donated amount after the end of the collection. So we contributed a total of CZK 81,394 and we are pleased that this support is going to meet the basic needs of the citizens of Ukraine who fled before the war in their homes.
We take our social responsibility seriously and routinely support local charitable communities in our home region. However, we are not indifferent to extraordinary events of an international nature, so we did not hesitate to contribute with our modest help to the citizens of Ukraine, fleeing the horrors of war in their homeland. We have been cooperating with the ADRA Frýdek-Místek Volunteer Center for a long time and we were therefore happy to use their capacity to organize a financial and material collection among our employees. In addition to the financial proceeds, the collection also resulted in a supply of durable food for evacuees in our district, distributed at the National House in Frýdek-Místek.
