The law firm Havel, Holásek & Partners was successful even in the fifth year of the Law Firm of the Year competition, and the same as in the past four years, took home awards in the professional categories. This year, the firm was the winner in the area of Developer and Real Estate Projects and in the category of Telecommunications and Media. The results were announced by the organiser of the competition, EPRAVO.CZ.

Since its establishment in 2001, Havel, Holásek & Partners has continually increased its revenues by an average of 25 per cent annually.
This year, Havel, Holásek & Partners continues with its success in the Law Firm of the Year awards from the past four years. In past years, it has been successful in many of the categories and has been nominated the most of all law offices, which demonstrates its leading position on the legal market in the Czech Republic. The firm has confirmed its position this year by winning in two categories, Developer and Real estate Projects and Telecommunications and Media.
According to the available data, Havel, Holásek & Partners’ real estate team is the largest and most specialised in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In 2012, the lawyers at Havel, Holásek & Partners were involved in more than 50 real estate and construction transactions, projects and legal cases, and this year, the office continues to expand its client base and real estate team, despite the not so positive development on the real estate market this year. In the category of Telecommunications and Media, the office has carried on with its success from 2009 and 2010, and it is the only firm in this area to ever be awarded first place three times.
