At the beginning of March 2016, CTP completed the first part of a 200-bed on-site accommodation centre for facility workers. An additional 200-bed facility is under construction and will be available in May 2016. Groundworks are also commencing at CTPark Bor for a canteen and doctor’s office, both of which have been requested by tenants at the parks in order to keep workers satisfied and happy.

In response to a general trend in low unemployment, clients asked primarily for services and facilities on-site that would make it easier to attract and retain workers. The accommodation facility in CTPark Bor is the first manifestation of that discussion with clients.
