We started GoodCall to bring a fresh new approach to recruitment. We’re on a mission to wake up the industry and evolve the human relations market to help talent and companies efficiently connect.
We established our business in early 2014 when we saw that the recruitment market had become stagnant and frustrating. Although candidate behaviour has changed drastically in the past 10 years, very few recruiting practices have caught up. We chose to approach the industry differently with a focus on a few areas that are quite unique in Central Europe, namely pro-active sourcing, use of technology and social media, and innovative ways of marketing and engaging talent. Moreover, we have an educational platform called Recruitment Academy, where we’ve trained more than 6000 people on how to utilise modern recruitment tools and methodologies to be more successful.
