Albert Česká republika, s.r.o. has been on the Czech market since 1991. It operates a retail network of more than 300 Albert stores (hypermarkets, supermarkets) which is one of the largest in the Czech Republic. Albert serves on millions of customers every week.
Albert ranks among the largest employers in the country. In 2018 the Albert store in Prague – Chodov was awarded the Best Shop in the Czech Republic by the Diamond League of Quality. Charitable activities covers Albert Foundation which supports the growth and development of children from orphanages. Albert Foundation also implements a unique nationwide educational program "Healthy 5" for elementary schools and kindergartens and focuses on healthy lifestyle, mainly part of healthy nutrition.
