The first ever vrijmibo by the NCCC Traders by Nature was sweet! It took place in the garden of the stylish 500 Restaurant and the guests were navigated by our brand new orange flag. We can't wait for the second vrijmibo on 21 July!
On 16 June, the NCCC Traders by Nature introduced the “vrijmibo”. Part folklore, part culture, part business habit, the vrijmibo is something you will not have to explain in Dutch business circles. “vrijmibo” means vrijdagmiddagborrel (yes, this is one word), literally translated as Friday afternoon drinks.
The reason to do this on Friday is the obvious one: for most of us it is the end of the working week. Having some drinks to celebrate the start of the weekend is prolonging it and doing it with business friends makes the transition smoother.

For free events, a no-show fee of 400,- CZK excl. VAT will be charged for non-attendance in case of no prior notification to the NCCC at least 48 hours before the start of the event. For paid events, a no-show fee equivalent to 40% of the ticket price will be charged for non-attendance without prior notification to the NCCC at least 48 hours before the start of the event. Exceptions to the no-show fee policy apply if I inform the NCCC at least 48 hours before the event start time that:
I will not be able to attend, or I have nominated another person to attend in my place, providing their name and contact email address to the NCCC.
