EKP Advisory, an esteemed NCCC member, invites you to a tax consulting conference which is co-organized by e-Pravo.cz, NCCC Traders by Nature, Czech-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Association of SME and Crafts CZ.

Answers to questions around the consolidation package and its implications. The TAX FORUM 2024 professional conference will take place on Wednesday 29 November from 9am to 3pm at the OREA Hotel Pyramida in Prague, both in person and online, and will prepare participants for the most significant tax changes of the last decade.

"Are you interested in the impact of the consolidation package? An assessment of the biggest tax changes in recent years from experts from the Czech Financial Administration, Czech Social Security Administration, Ministry of Finance and others? During the conference we will focus on the significant changes that await us in the coming year. In my contribution I will talk about the changes in the area of corporate income tax and real estate tax," says Jan Kotala, Managing Director of EKP Advisory.

At TAX FORUM, Simona Hornochová, Director General of the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic, František Boháček, Central Director of the Czech Social Security Agency, Blanka Mattauschová, Director of the Indirect Taxes Department of the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic, Jiří Pelák, Director of the Accounting, Valuation and Related Professional Professions Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic, and Pavla Břečková, Vice-Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the Association of SME and Crafts CZ will comment on the tax changes and their impact. On behalf of EKP, the panel of speakers will include Jan Tecl (lecture Real Estate in VAT - new comprehensive information on VAT and real estate) and Lukáš Eisenwort (Transfer Pricing in 2024).

The conference is intended for CEOs, business owners, CFOs, entrepreneurs, economists, tax advisors, accountants, lawyers and other interested parties. The meeting will offer, among other things, a comprehensive overview of new developments in the Labour Code, information on the control activities of the tax administration and much more.

For paid events, a no-show fee equivalent to 40% of the ticket price will be charged for non-attendance without prior notification to the NCCC at least 48 hours before the start of the event.
Exceptions to the no-show fee policy apply if I inform the NCCC at least 48 hours before the event start time that:

I will not be able to attend, or I have nominated another person to attend in my place, providing their name and contact email address to the NCCC.
