Indoor BBQ on the last November day? Great fun! Check the pictures!

This year´s last Cooking Lesson, which took place on 30 November at the andel´s Hotel, was again a true experience. And not only culinary, even though it was mainly about food, of course. But no ordinary food. Steak is simply a magic delicacy!

This time, we learned how to prepare filled chicken breast, delicious pork tenderloin, an irresistible burger and finally the juicy beef steaks. Head Cook Zdenek Vinar, together with his colleague Jindrich Wolf, shared their tips with us, on how to pre-arrange the meat, how and when to flavour it and, in the end, how to grill it the right way. We managed to prepare varied vegetable side dish, too.

All the courses were excellent, the participants in a good mood and the team of the hotels andel´s and angelo very well prepared. We thank everybody and look forward to more Cooking Lessons next year!
