Let us kindly invite you, on behalf of the organizers, Institute of International Relations Prague and EUROPEUM Institute for European Policy, to the 8^th edition of the Prague European Summit. The Summit will be organized under the auspices of the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic as an accompanying event during the Czech presidency of the EU Council, with support of the Representation of the European Commission in the Czech Republic, European Investment Bank, and Hanns Seidel Stiftung.

Leading the Green & Digital Future?

This year’s Summit will be organized in Liechtenstein Palace in Kampa, Prague, and will follow three main spotlight sub-themes. The first one is the green and digital transformation, which will affect every part of our economy, society, and industry, as underlined in, for instance, the New Industrial Strategy for Europe. The second discussed topic will be energy security, which concerns the war in Ukraine and has awakened the EU. Last but not least is the third topic of economic resilience.

For this in-person conference various formats are planned, such as plenary panel discussions, “interview” discussions, European chats. The 2-day high-level event connects public officials, business and NGO representatives, academics, and journalists all over Europe.

Several side events, e. g. Urban Talks or Future European Leaders Forum (FELF) will also take place. The annual “Vision for Europe” Award will be bestowed on a distinguished personality, who has, in the course of their life, devoted substantial efforts to the establishment and development of European ideals.

The registration opens at the beginning of October.

Prague European Summit is a strategic platform established in 2015 to tackle pan-European questions in light of the common challenges. It aims to set the EU trends of the future through dialogue with the highest levels of the European public and private sphere and to strengthen the role of the European Union in the world while building a sustainable and resilient society.

Additionally, by registering for this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following no-show fee policy, that applies to both members and non-members of the NCCC Traders by Nature.

For free events, a no-show fee of 400,- CZK excl. VAT will be charged for non-attendance in case of no prior notification to the NCCC at least 48 hours before the start of the event.
For paid events, a no-show fee equivalent to 40% of the ticket price will be charged for non-attendance without prior notification to the NCCC at least 48 hours before the start of the event.
Exceptions to the no-show fee policy apply if I inform the NCCC at least 48 hours before the event start time that:

I will not be able to attend, or I have nominated another person to attend in my place, providing their name and contact email address to the NCCC.
