In collaboration with the British Chamber of Commerce, NN and profid, we had the pleasure to organize a vital economic debate over a delicious three-course lunch.

As a first speaker, we welcomed Lukáš Kovanda (Trinity Bank) who focused on the outlook for the Czech economy in the coming months, especially taking into account the potential impact of the American elections. Vladimír Bezděk (Avant; Advisor to the President of the Czech Republic) offered an eye-opening insight in the developments around pension reforms, stressing that the latest Czech pension reform has the potential to almost completely eliminate the existing pension deficits. Thereafter, Michal Korejs (NN Životní pojišťovna) added interesting demographic data and introduced the new tax-deductible long-term care insurance that represents a powerful tool in tackling the loss of self-sufficiency.

For free events, a no-show fee of 400,- CZK excl. VAT will be charged for non-attendance in case of no prior notification to the NCCC at least 48 hours before the start of the event.
For paid events, a no-show fee equivalent to 40% of the ticket price will be charged for non-attendance without prior notification to the NCCC at least 48 hours before the start of the event.
Exceptions to the no-show fee policy apply if I inform the NCCC at least 48 hours before the event start time that:
