The conference is organised by our Creative Heroes Award Czech Republic 2023 winner in impact category 1:1 impact on a personal scale, David Škrobánek and his organization Dobrý táta. It will feature great speakers, a number of them being also connected with the Creative Heroes Award Czech Republic.

The conference is intended for employers, business leaders, HR and diversity experts and everyone who is interested in the role of dad (and not only) at work.

About what

You will learn why dad is important for the healthy development of a child, what challenges dads face, how it is possible to overcome prejudices and obstacles, and how it can be beneficial to include the topic of fatherhood in an employer's corporate culture.

Topics

You will learn a lot of information about fatherhood from experts from the scientific field, personal stories of dad-managers, and practical examples from business experts.

Panel discussions

You will hear many concrete examples from leaders, experts in practice and dad-managers to get inspiration on how to solve the above challenges.

At the conference, you will be able to meet and chat with speakers and conference participants during breaks and networking after the conference.

Additionally, by registering for this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following no-show fee policy, that applies to both members and non-members of the NCCC Traders by Nature.

For free events, a no-show fee of 400,- CZK excl. VAT will be charged for non-attendance in case of no prior notification to the NCCC at least 48 hours before the start of the event.
For paid events, a no-show fee equivalent to 40% of the ticket price will be charged for non-attendance without prior notification to the NCCC at least 48 hours before the start of the event.
Exceptions to the no-show fee policy apply if I inform the NCCC at least 48 hours before the event start time that:

I will not be able to attend, or I have nominated another person to attend in my place, providing their name and contact email address to the NCCC.
