Brexit and The Services Sector

QuickStop event

with Pav Younis

Solicitor at Weinhold Legal

Online event, by members, for members and others

Tuesday 27 April

11:30 – 12:00, online via Zoom

Pav Younis, Solicitor at Weinhold Legal and former EY Global Law's Brexit Team Leader, shared his views on how Brexit affects the services sector.

The Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA) replaced free movement between the UK and the EU with an array of visa and work permit restrictions; however, the TCA does not make happy reading for UK service professionals wishing to do business in the UK/EU. In this discussion we will looked at what the TCA says and its impact on the service sector outside financial services.

An NCCC Traders by Nature QuickStop event is an online event with a duration of 30 minutes.

The aim of a QuickStop event is to provide valuable content in a short period of time during a timeslot in the day when you are about to stop working anyway for lunch or a snack. Just before you have your lunch or your snack, you can consume half an hour of inspiring content.

The format is easy: after a short introduction by the Director of the NCCC Traders by Nature, a business member of the NCCC will present a topic that relates to their business and could help other NCCC members in theirs, in approx. 20 minutes. The QuickStop event is closed by a short Q&A.

You can join our events via our online community platform. You do not have to be a member of the NCCC to become a member of our online community platform. Membership of our online community platform is for free.
Non-NCCC members benefit from its functionality surrounding specific events.
NCCC members enjoy its full functionality, all the time, together with many more membership benefits.
