We cordially invite you to attend the Grand Opening of Woodhub, the new production facility of our esteemed member, Ahrend, which will take place on 26 September 2024 at 17:00 at the Woodhub (V Chotejně 2a, Prague 15 - Hostivař).

The Woodhub production facility represents an innovative and fully automated production concept for wood-based office furniture and interior design elements with an emphasis on sustainability and respect for the environment. It is one of five Ahrend factories around the world, and we believe that it will play a key role in promoting the sustainable development of the industry, both in the Czech Republic and abroad.

Other notable guests have been invited to the Grand Opening, and we sincerely hope that you will be able to join us to celebrate the launch of our new, innovative production together with us.

Don't forget to confirm your participation by September 22, 2024 at the latest.

Entry to the event will only be allowed with a valid ticket (QR code) received after registration.

17:00 - 18:00    Arrival, registration and welcome drink

18:00 - 18:20    Introduction

18:20 - 18:30    Ribbon-cutting ceremony

18:30 - 20:00    Tour of the Woodhub, presentation of innovative solutions and exhibition of Ahrend products. Social evening with live music

20:00 - 22:00    After party at the Ahrend Inspiration Centre

Tours

During the Grand Opening, it will be possible to tour the production facility space independently. In addition, guided group tours will take place at scheduled times.

Parking

Parking is possible on the street V Chotejně, but due to the limited capacity we recommend using public transport:

  • Train: Prague Hostivař (from Hlavní nádraží)
  • Bus: 111 and 329 V Chotejně (from Skalka), 181 Sklářská (from Černý Most), 125 Sklářská (from Skalka)
  • Tram: 22 and 26 Nádraží Hostivař

Additionally, by registering for this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following no-show fee policy, that applies to both members and non-members of the NCCC Traders by Nature.

For free events, a no-show fee of 400,- CZK excl. VAT will be charged for non-attendance in case of no prior notification to the NCCC at least 48 hours before the start of the event.
For paid events, a no-show fee equivalent to 40% of the ticket price will be charged for non-attendance without prior notification to the NCCC at least 48 hours before the start of the event.
Exceptions to the no-show fee policy apply if I inform the NCCC at least 48 hours before the event start time that:

I will not be able to attend, or I have nominated another person to attend in my place, providing their name and contact email address to the NCCC.
