On occasion of the celebration of 35 years of The Salvation Army in the Czech Republic, a valued member of our chamber, we would like to extend an invitation to their 12th national conference, this year with the theme 'Abuse, Exploitation and Trafficking - Protecting Vulnerable People in Social Services'.

SPEAKERS
Jeroen Hoogteijling and Ineke van Buren, The Salvation Army European Coordinators of Response to 👉 Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking.
Representatives of the Salvation Army in the Netherlands will talk about the need for international cooperation and coordination. Among other things, you will hear about the current danger towards the gay community, as well as cautionary stories about women from the Czech Republic enslaved in the Netherlands.
Libor Honeš, former police officer from the National Directorate against Organized Crime: Case studies of trafficking/enslavement of people without shelter.
Andrea Pekárková, MD, Salvation Army physician: The effects of exploitation on health.
