Are you looking for a part-time job in a pleasant and friendly team of a successful law firm, where you can earn while studying and at the same time pursue your school obligations?

Are you interested in operational / office management, but are you ready to start from scratch and gain experience in a large company? Right now we are looking for the right hand to our operations manager Martina, who is responsible for the running of our entire office.

Position description:

  • fleet management (preparation of sale and purchase of vehicles, processing of offers, registration of insurance claims)
  • coordination of jobs (updating the sitting plan, designation of jobs and their control)
  • inspection of office premises (reporting and recording of defects, minor repairs and moving)
  • supplier administration (taxi, office supplies, orders and acceptance)
  • other tasks associated with the operation of the operational department

We expect:

  • completed secondary school education, suitable especially for university students
  • knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • the desire to take on manual work as well
  • flexibility, responsibility, diligence
  • teamwork ability
  • representative performance
