Are you interested in operational / office management, but are you ready to start from scratch and gain experience in a large company? Right now we are looking for the right hand to our operations manager Martina, who is responsible for the running of our entire office.
Position description:
- fleet management (preparation of sale and purchase of vehicles, processing of offers, registration of insurance claims)
- coordination of jobs (updating the sitting plan, designation of jobs and their control)
- inspection of office premises (reporting and recording of defects, minor repairs and moving)
- supplier administration (taxi, office supplies, orders and acceptance)
- other tasks associated with the operation of the operational department
We expect:
- completed secondary school education, suitable especially for university students
- knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- the desire to take on manual work as well
- flexibility, responsibility, diligence
- teamwork ability
- representative performance
