CTP Partners with Padel Powers in Brno, Ostrava, and Plzeň

CTP, Europe's largest listed developer, owner, and operator of industrial and logistics properties by gross leasable area (“GLA”), is partnering with Padel Powers to open three new indoor padel centres in 2026. The new sports facilities at CTPark Brno, CTPark Ostrava II, and CTPark Plzeň Kasárny, with a combined area of approximately 10,000 sqm, will serve both park employees and the general public.

“CTP has been developing full-service parks for some time, meaning we offer high-quality spaces for businesses as well as a foundation that makes everyday operations more pleasant and simpler while also making the park a more attractive place to work. Padel is a fast-growing sport that also naturally builds a community and fosters networking across enterprises. I’ve seen for myself just how fast the sport catches on,” says Jakub Kodr, Managing Director of CTP in the Czech Republic.

Each centre will offer sports facilities, a CTP padel court, and associated services like a bar, lounge, and space for corporate events. The Brno facility will have about 4,000 sqm and will open at the end of March 2026, while the Ostrava and Plzeň centres will each have roughly 3,000 sqm and are planned to open in the second and third quarters of 2026, respectively.

This expands Padel Powers’ footprint to business parks, which are a nexus for easily accessible year-round sports facilities. CTParks are typically located near major transport arteries and urban hubs, which makes them attractive for park employees and visitors alike.

“Our goal is for everyone to be able to enjoy padel, whether it’s their first time holding a racquet or they are a high-level player. Partnering with CTP gives us the opportunity to grow this vision in vibrant business communities where sport naturally brings people together,” Czech football legend Jan Koller explains on behalf of Padel Powers.

CTP builds and operates its parks for the long term, going beyond just construction and constantly updating its facilities and services according to client needs. This includes developing the range of services offered as well as improving the working environment and the park’s utility for the surrounding community.
