Kristian Voldrich of College Life met with Robert Nešpůre of Havel &Partners at our annual New Year’s reception. As a result, College Life developed a recruitment marketing & talent sourcing campaign for Havel &Partners, resulting in 384 candidates, 91 shortlisted ones and the filling of the open positions.

As part of our cooperation in the NCCC Young Professionals Charter, we bring the winners of Soutěž&Podnikej in touch with the Dutch innovation capacity during a field trip to The Netherlands. With visits to the Brainport Industries and High-Tech Campuses as well as to businesses such as ASML and Tony’s Chocolonely.
STEVEN SLEZAK & HENRY ERTNER
During our Prinsjesdag 2020 event, Steven Slezak, Young Professional, met Henry Ertner, Board member of XIXOIO and a personal member of the NCCC. As a result, Steven joined XIXOIO in the role of Digital Marketing Manager.
Onboarding & Buddy system
Gone will be the “I don’t know anybody” anxiety when you join an NCCC event.
When you will join the NCCC Traders by Nature, we will assign a buddy to help you with your onboarding. This buddy is another NCCC member and can be a Yng Pro, a personal member, a business member, or a representative of an NGO member.
Supported by our online community platform, one of the main tasks of your buddy is to welcome you at your first events, show you around and introduce you to random people and to people you would like to meet.
