The kitchen has taken a new direction, blending Slavic roots with modern gastronomy. The menu is built on seasonal ingredients from local farms and forests, with a strong emphasis on regional sourcing, complemented by contemporary techniques and a touch of boldness. Guests can choose from the à la carte selection or indulge in a full tasting menu, always with a focus on culinary excellence and personalized service.
