KPMG International has moved up to the top spot, leading this year’s rankings of The World’s Best Outsourcing Advisors by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals® (IAOP®). Last year KPMG ranked second on the IAOP® list, which is comprised of 20 advisory firms. The independent judging panel organised by the IAOP® evaluated applications based on various criteria, including customer satisfaction, size of revenues and global presence.
“In the Czech Republic, there is also a high demand for outsourcing consulting services, since over the past ten years the country and in particular Prague has become a leading location for both captive shared service centers and business process outsourcing providers,” said David Scott, Partner, Management Consulting, KPMG Czech Republic.
