Dream Candidate:
A student with a sense of humor. A sympathizer or sympathizer who wants to spend his free time meaningfully and productively and gain unusual work experience and contacts from the world of socially beneficial business during the next 9 months at least. A person who always wants to learn and develop and thinks about what and why he does. Someone who cares about relationships, knows how to build and maintain them. A proactive enthusiast who does not need external motivation and guidance. A person who likes people and knows the art of small talk. A tightener with a sense of order that can be relied upon.
What will your work look like?
... you will be the first point of contact for everyone who comes to the Hub - it can be a member, an event participant or just a stray from the street who is curious about what it looks like with us
... you will reign over the space, prepare meetings, supervise the operation of the self-service bar, add coffee to the coffee machine, clean the dishes from the dishwasher, solve, for example, connecting the projector or picking up the mail
… you deserve a maze for multitasking. You usually think of ten things at once and keep smiling. ..You will handle phone calls and emails sent to the general email, answer possible questions from members on Slack, deal with minor administration.
... you are not afraid of manual work (preparing 100 chairs in a space, transporting wheeled tables to another room, etc.)
... you like a bit of adrenaline and you can manage operations (preparation and cleaning of the space, setting up technology, catering, administration)
What do we offer you for that?
varied work - approx. 40-80 hours per month, with a reward of 120-150 CZK/hour
