Support to Project Managers – Part time - ABB

ABB, a leading global company operating in the field of technologies for automation and energy, is looking for a suitable candidate for a part-time job in the project management department for the High Voltage Switchgear unit in Brno. Your responsibilities

Administrative support of the project manager (preparation and addition of documents, administrative assistance in securing acceptances, maintenance of data in the system and others)

Cooperation with all project managers, ascertaining their needs and subsequent proposals for optimizing the tools used

Other tasks according to current needs

The possibility of managing a bachelor's/diploma thesis

Your experience

University student of technical specialization (mechanical or electrical engineering)

Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

English language at level A2 - B1

Good organizational and communication skills

Precision, independence, willingness to learn new things
