Our financial team is looking for a brave helper - for example, a student or mother / father on parental leave, simply a careful and consistent person, who also sorts the letters from the soup alphabetically 🙂

Responsibility for issuing invoices for all our services and monitoring their payments

Communication with an external accounting firm

Communication with our clients (cowork members, rental clients, offices) regarding issued invoices and payments

Possible reminder of payments

We are not looking for a person who longs for a rocket start in finance and wants to move into managerial roles after half a year - we can't even promise that. We are looking for someone who doesn't mind a little routine work, likes order and can find long-term fulfillment in this agenda.

What you should not miss:

Basics of economic education (just high school or high school, you don't have to have an engineer from the University of Economics)

You will be familiar with terms such as VAT, issued invoice, corrective tax document, due date and receivable

You feel like learning new things

You have good communication skills - you are not afraid to talk to strangers, you can clearly formulate what you need, you do not walk around a hot mess and you are not afraid to ask if you do not know something

You are above average careful and you like things in order.

You are proactive and independent, you do not need external motivation and guidance

You can work with GSuite and Microsoft Excel

And above all, you can solve things with foresight and humor 🙂
