Havel, Holsek & Partners Christens the Commentary
At its new Prague headquarters in Florentinum, Havel, Holásek & Partners organised the christening of the first part of the Large Commentary to the New Civil Code. The publication was christened by Miloš Tomsa, the chair of the Recodification Committee of the Ministry of Justice.
The main authors of the commentary, Filip Melzer and Petr Tégl, who joined Havel, Holásek & Partners this year, were also present at the event. The first volume of the commentary to the new Civil Code contains the introduction to the legislation, the basic principles, and questions relating to the legal status of a person. It is the first of three volumes dealing with the general section of the legislation. Havel, Holásek & Partners is the partner for the entire edition of the Large Commentary to the New Civil Code, published by Leges.
