An exquisite four-course menu featuring treats such as terrine of foie gras marinated with Remy Martin, lobster chowder with guanciale chips and saffron croutons, slow poached monkfish and much more. The restaurant also offers a four-course vegetarian menu featuring sautéed wild mushrooms on celery crème fraiche, roasted pumpkin cappuccino with chestnut and anise foam and chocolate Savarin with stewed Sicilian oranges. Live piano will enhance the festive atmosphere of the evening.
1,290 CZK per person for a four-course menu and selected wine to accompany each course.

CHRISTMAS DAY BRUNCH

Enjoy spectacular buffet brunch featuring treats such as homemade venison terrine with forest mushrooms and pear chili relish, San Daniele ham with caramelized figs, octopus, candied tomato and basil salad, oysters with shallot vinegar and rye bread with butter, Atlantic salmon tartare with horseradish and dill jelly, slow roasted butter pumpkin cream with crispy pumpkin seeds and croutons, braised beef stew with red wine and cinnamon sauce, pan-seared sea bass fillet on baby spinach and Béarnaise sabayon. Guests will be able to taste meat cuts from the carving station that will offer roasted turkey stuffed with apricot, nuts and cranberry gravy, roasted duck with caraway seeds and apple and roasted beef sirloin with black pepper and rosemary crust. Wide range of traditional Christmas desserts will ensure a sweet finish of the brunch.
Children will be entertained by a special programme with Santa Claus, presents and games in a supervised kids’ corner, life music will enhance the festive atmosphere.

On Christmas Eve, December 24, you will enjoy the four-course menu including marinated wild Scottish salmon, duck consommé, braised veal cheek or pan seared sea bass fillet, and sticky toffee pudding.
On the Christmas Day, December 25, pamper your taste buds with the four-course menu including chicken liver parfait, butternut squash velouté, Turkey Duchesse or roasted jumbo cod fillet, and a traditional Christmas pudding.
