Barbecue time has already started and during the culinary class at NH Prague we learnt how to make amazing brittle beef and pork steaks. It is about the little details that make the meat delicately special (the steak should have a „room temperature“ before you put it on the pan/grill etc.). Then we also prepared crispy vegetables with fresh herbs suitable for steak serving. A sweet treat - chocolate fondant was surprisingly easy to bake and even easier to eat. All of the participants received a NH Prague Class Certificate, the recipes of the prepared dishes, and also a small surprise.
Thanks to the professional chefs from NH Prague who guided us, we had fun and enjoyed this delicious dinner.
Before we dressed the aprons we also explored the nice hotel facilities, meeting rooms and an amazing terrace with a view over Prague.
